How to use Natural Medium Porosity Shampoo with Calendula and Sage Hair Queen Extract:  Apply a small amount of shampoo to the top of the head, wash the scalp and rinse thoroughly.
    1. Determine the porosity of your hair. This will allow you to choose the right set of cosmetics;
    2. Use the "OMO" method with each wash. Apply a protein or humectant conditioner to wet hair. Wash the scalp, then rinse the whole thing. Apply an emollient mask, rinse and ready;
    3. After washing, drain your hair from excess water with a soft cotton towel. No friction or jerking!
    4. Protect the ends with an essential oil serum to protect against splitting and breaking;
    5. Regularly massage the scalp with a rub to stimulate hair growth. Do not forget about peeling the scalp! This will unblock the hair follicles and bounce the hair from the roots.
