How to choose cosmetics for sensitive skin?

Care of sensitive skin should be based on the use of cosmetics that contain in their composition: Essential Fatty Acids such as oil from evening primrose, wheat seeds, avocado or borage, flavonoids from ginkgo, soybean and licorice, spirulina, ginseng, vitamins A, C and E, hyaluronic acid, glycerin, allantoin and panthenol. Day creams for sensitive skin must contain SPF 15 or higher and protect the skin from harmful external factors. Night creams for sensitive skin , on the other hand, should focus on soothing irritation and regenerating the skin. Care for sensitive skin should also include the use of gentle enzyme scrubs. Gentle lotions and micellar liquids should be used to remove makeup. Cosmetics for sensitive skin should be hypoallergenic and have a pH neutral for the skin.
