Ordering and Processing
You can conveniently make your purchase through our website.
Select the desired product in the shop.
Choose the variant and quantity, then add the item to your cart.
Go to your shopping cart, review its contents, and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
Sign in or continue as a guest, enter your shipping address, and choose your preferred payment method.
Confirm your order by accepting the terms and conditions and clicking “Buy Now and Pay.”
You will immediately receive an order confirmation with your order number via email.

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days.
During special periods – such as holidays or major sales events – processing times may be slightly longer.

We’ll be happy to check the current processing status of your order and confirm whether a cancellation is still possible.
On the page of each sold-out product, you’ll find a “Email me when available” button.
Click it and enter your email address.
As soon as the item is back in stock, you’ll automatically receive an email letting you know that you can place your order.
That way, you won’t miss the product’s return!
The invoice will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout — right after the order confirmation and before the order is shipped.

Discount Code
In the order summary, just before selecting the payment method, you’ll find the “Discount Code” field.
Enter your code there and click “Apply” — the discount will be automatically deducted from the total amount.
If your discount code isn’t working, please check whether you meet all the requirements for the discount — for example, the minimum order value or if the code cannot be combined with other promotions.
Also, make sure the code is entered correctly — watch out for uppercase and lowercase letters as well as unnecessary spaces.

Delivery
Your order will be delivered conveniently via courier service. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.
Yes, we ship orders not only within Ireland, but also abroad - to European Union countries and outside the EU, such as the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

You can also place your order directly on the store’s language version corresponding to your delivery country. The full list of supported countries can be found in the bottom left corner of the homepage, in the footer.
If you need to change your delivery address, you can use the courier service’s address redirect option.
Please contact the delivery service directly, provide your tracking number, and inform them of the new delivery address.

We’ll be happy to investigate what might have gone wrong and assist you further.
In most cases, the delivery drivers contact recipients by phone before delivering the package. However, we cannot guarantee this, as the courier is not obligated to do so.
Yes, shipping is free for orders over €49
Returns and Complaints
We accept complaints in writing via email at contact@nutridome.co or through the complaint form (available here: Complaint Form).
Please send the completed form along with the product to the following address:

When submitting your complaint, please provide your order number or other identification details,
and include photos or a short video showing the product defect.
We process complaints within up to 14 business days. However, we always strive to respond and complete the process as quickly as possible.
If your delivery was damaged during transport, please create a damage report in the presence of the delivery driver.
This report serves as the basis for processing the complaint through our online shop.
You can submit a complaint within 7 days of receiving the shipment by contacting our customer service team in writing via email at returns@nutridome.ie
You can return your purchase and cancel the contract within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the delivery.
Sending the product back takes two steps:
- Submit your cancellation — the fastest way is via the online "Order Cancellation" form. You can also submit it by email at returns@nutridome.ie or by using the traditional "Return Form".
- Send the parcel back — pack the products securely so they are protected during transport.
If you submit your cancellation through our "Order Cancellation" function, a form is not needed - you fill out everything online and receive a confirmation by email.
The form is only necessary if you prefer to submit your cancellation the traditional way. You can download it here: "Return Form". Simply fill it out and include it in the parcel or send it to returns@nutridome.ie.

If you submitted your cancellation online via "Order Cancellation", you do not need to include any documents - simply send the product back.
If you are submitting your cancellation the traditional way, please include the completed "Return Form". You may include a proof of purchase, but it is not required.
Yes, you can return an opened or used product.
However, please note that the consumer is responsible for any loss in value of the goods resulting from using the product beyond what is necessary to inspect its condition, characteristics, and functioning.
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to send returns via cash on delivery.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

The easiest way is through our form: click on "Order Cancellation", select the order and the products you want to return, and confirm. We will send the confirmation to your email address right away.
Do you prefer the traditional way? Write to us at returns@nutridome.ie. You have 14 days from the receipt of the parcel to withdraw from the contract - without giving any reason.
We will refund your money no later than 14 days from the date we receive your declaration of withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We also refund the delivery cost - up to the amount of the cheapest standard delivery option we offer. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or until you provide proof that you have sent the product back.
Certain products delivered in a sealed packaging - such as cosmetics or supplements - cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons. If the packaging remains intact, the return is processed under the standard terms and conditions.
Customer Account
Click on the person icon at the top right of the website, enter your email address, and then open your inbox to receive a six-digit confirmation code.
Enter this code in the“Enter Code”field — from now on, you can confirm each login simply with the code sent to your email.
You log in to your customer account using a six-digit confirmation code sent to your email address.
A password is not required for logging in.
After logging into your customer account, click the profile icon at the top right and select“Profile”from the dropdown menu.
On the profile page, you’ll find fields to edit your address, phone number, and email address.
Make the desired changes and then click“Save”— the update will be applied immediately.

To join our newsletter and receive beauty guides or promotional information, simply enter your email address in the “SUBSCRIBE TO OUR NEWSLETTER” field at the bottom of the homepage and click the “JOIN” button.
If you wish to opt out of receiving messages at any time, you will find an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email we send – click it to immediately remove your email address from the mailing list.
