Delivery forms
If the delivery of your order is delayed, please contact our Customer Service. We will try to explain everything.
As much as possible, we also send packages abroad.
At the moment there is no such possibility, but we are working on this facility.
Unfortunately, this is not currently possible.
If you want to change the delivery address, then contact Customer Service - we will check what stage your order is at and confirm the possibility of change.
In most cases, couriers call the recipients of shipments, but we cannot guarantee this - the courier is not obliged to do so.
Delivery is carried out by a courier company. Depending on which form of delivery you choose, your order can be delivered by Courier or you can pick up your package at InPost Parcel Machines, DPD, DHL and Orlen Parcel collection points.
In the message confirming the shipment of your order you will find your shipment number. With this code, you can watch over the delivery process.

If you choose payment on delivery, you can pay for your shipment by card at a parcel machine that has a terminal. For parcel machines that do not have a terminal, payment is made online via PayByLink. This is a fast and secure bank transfer that allows you to pay electronically for a shipment placed in a parcel machine. Once the payment is credited, InPost will send you a receiving code via SMS.
Payment is posted the next business day.

At Nutridome you can choose your favorite form of payment. You can pay for your purchases: by card, BLIK, bank transfer, via PayPal or Google Pay. Within 15-30 minutes of attempting to place an order, you will receive an email to your email address with a link that will redirect you to payment. You can also contact us through the hotline. We will help you complete your order.
You have up to 7 days to pay for your order. If the payment is not made within a week, the order will be canceled.
Couriers accept both card payments and cash deposits.

Confirmation of acceptance of the order is sent by e-mail to the address provided when placing the order. We have 24 hours to do so from the moment of purchase. If the email has not arrived after this time and it is not in spam, please contact our Customer Service (tel. +48 22 266 10 01 or kontakt@nutridome.pl).

You can add the discount code at the last stage of ordering, in the summary before payment. Just enter the code in the appropriate field and confirm, and the discount value will automatically be deducted from the total order amount.
If the discount code does not work, check that you meet all the criteria necessary to get the discount, such as the minimum order value or that it does not exclude in conjunction with other promotional actions. Also make sure that the code is entered correctly - pay attention to case or unnecessary spaces.

A maximum of 10 pieces of the same product can be ordered during one purchase. Nutridome does not conduct wholesale sales.
You can make a purchase conveniently on our website or mobile app. If you prefer, you can also contact us by phone or place an order by email.
On the page of each product there is an option to set a reminder about its renewed availability. Click on the "Remind me when it is available again" option and enter your email address.
The invoice will be sent to your email address after you receive the package from the Courier or from the collection point.
Complaints
Within 14 days of purchase you have the right to cancel the contract without giving any reason. To do so, please fill out the return form.

It will take us a maximum of 14 days. We will try to respond to your request as soon as possible.
If your shipment was damaged in transit, it is essential to write a damage report in the presence of the courier. It forms the basis for processing a complaint by our online store. You can then file a complaint by contacting Customer Service and request a replacement of the products within 7 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
All we need is a return form. You may include proof of purchase, although this one is not required.

We accept complaints in writing to the email address zwroty@nutridome.pl. When filing a complaint, provide your order number or details that will enable us to identify you.
SMS resignation
You are receiving SMS messages because you agreed to be contacted by us when completing your order. Did you check this option by mistake? Nothing is wrong, you can always opt out of this feature.

Conditions for withdrawal
Unfortunately, only an intact product can be returned upon withdrawal.
If you want to return the product, remember that the cost of shipping is borne by the sender - the person sending the package.
You can return your purchases within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
Returns
You can send back the returned product via courier service, the Polish Post Office or InPost parcel machines.
Go to the return form where you send your shipment.
You can return the purchased goods, but only for an unused, originally packaged product.

While we strive to meet all your requirements, this feature is not available at this time. We encourage you to use mail or courier service.
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to send a return by cash on delivery.
Shipping costs of the returned goods shall be borne by the customer.
