Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to cancel your order, no questions asked.
The fastest way to do this is online:
You can return your entire order or just individual products. Once you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email.
Prefer the traditional way? Just let us know that you want to cancel your order. You can easily contact us in one of the following ways:
a) by email at: contact@nutridome.ie or
b) by telephone at: +35316994318 (Hotline open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., call charge according to the operator's tariff) or
c) in writing to the mailing address: Nutridome, Gazowa 8, 26-600 Radom, Poland.
You can use the cancellation form available via the Return Form link, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your cancellation request before the cancellation period expires.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Please also ensure that the package is securely packed for transport and remains undamaged.
The returned products must be delivered no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of your cancellation, to the following address:
Nutridome, ul. Gazowa 8, 26-600 Radom, Poland.
Please include the completed return form in your package.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Complaints
We attach great importance to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the purchases at Nutridome. Despite our efforts to deliver the highest quality products, it may happen that the received item is either damaged or does not meet your expectations. In such instances, you have the right to file a complaint. Complaints can be submitted via electronic form.
When submitting a complaint, please provide your order number or other details which can enable us to identify you, attach photos or a short video displaying the product’s defect.
Complaint processing time is up to 14 days. We will do our best to respond to your submission as quickly as it is possible.
