How to use Loovara's Vegan Silicone-Free Menstrual Cup Size L: Before using the cup for the first time in a given cycle and after menstruation, boil it in hot water or wash it with special detergents designed for this purpose. To apply the cup well, place it in the palm of your hand and then fold the top of the cup, e.g. into the letter C or S. After inserting it into the vagina, the cup should open and stick to the sides of the vagina. You can use it for up to 12 hours a day. Between applications, rinse the cup with lukewarm water and wash with a gentle cleanser, e.g. our intimate hygiene liquid.
