How to use Hydrocollagen for hair with biotin for strengthening and moisturizing hair from inside Twisty 210 g: Mix one serving of the product daily 7 g (2 scoops) with 150 ml of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving for consumption. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
