How to use the Nutridome Hypoallergenic 100% Medical Silicone Menstrual Cup: Start by washing your hands and menstrual cup with warm water and mild, unscented soap to remove dust and dirt. Rinse thoroughly.Then hold the cup with the handle facing down and fold it over. Squeeze the cup flat, then fold it in half so that its edge forms a "U" shape. Assume a comfortable position - for example, sit on the toilet or squat down. Gently part your labia with your free hand. Holding the cup in the folded position, insert it into the vagina, pointing toward the tailbone (located at the base of the spine).
