Dry Top Matte is a polish used as a finishing touch to a hybrid manicure.


It gives a matte effect at the same timeand does not require the use of a cleaner after curing. It can be used when creating hybrid nails or using the gel and acrylic method. When applying it to the plate, there are no streaks, and this allows you to make a perfect decoration. Matte styling is perfect for any season! The top allows you to create many interesting patterns.

Composition of Neonail 7.2 ml dry matte hybrid top: Polyurethane Acrylate Oligomer, HEMA, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Trimethylbenzoyl Diphenylphosphine Oxide, Silica.

How to use Neonail 7.2 ml dry matte hybrid top: 1. gently matte the nail with a polisher, remove the dust that has formed, then wash with Cleaner.2. Apply a thin layer of HARD BASE and cure in LED/UV lamp according to the table.3.Apply a layer of hybrid varnish in the desired color and cure under LED or UV lamp (the darker the color, the longer the curing time).For color depth, repeat the process.4. Apply a layer of Dry Top Matte for a matte effect.5. Cure under LED or UV lamp, washing with Cleanser is not necessary.
