How to use the Smilebite Teeth Whitening Kit: Brush your teeth thoroughly and rinse your mouth, then compare the current shade of your teeth with the Whiteness Scale. Twist the bottom part of the applicator until the gel appears and apply the whitening gel to your teeth, using about 0.5–0.7 ml per application. Avoid applying the gel to the gums. Place the LED cap on your teeth and start the lamp. If the gel comes into contact with the gums, wipe it off immediately. Keep the cap in your mouth for 15 minutes; after this time, the device will turn off automatically. Remove the cap and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water, then rinse the cap so it is ready for use the next day. After completing the irradiation, wait at least 30 minutes before eating or drinking. During this time, you may drink water only. For more information, please refer to the instruction manual included in the kit.

brush the teeth and apply the gel on the surface of the teeth. place the cap on the teeth and start the irradiation device. when the irradiation is finished, the device will turn off automatically. when the device turns off, remove it from your mouth and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. after the treatment, wait at least 30 minutes before eating or drinking. if it is absolutely necessary to drink, drink water only. for best results, follow all instructions.
how often should i use the teeth whitening device?
it is recommended to use it once a day for 14 days. then, if necessary, repeat after a break of several weeks.
after i apply as instructed, how long will it be before i see the effects?
