Our eco-friendly yoga mat is made of biodegradable rubber and a layer of pleasant to the touch microfiber. We care about the environment, but also about your health. In the process of manufacturing the exercise mat, we eliminated potentially harmful toxic adhesives, and used water-based paints and natural dyes derived from fruits and vegetables. The mat does not contain any other potentially toxic ingredients that are sometimes found in yoga mats - such as pvc, lead, cadmium, silicones or latex.
The thickness of the mat provides stability during exercise, while cushioning and protecting joints and making practice more enjoyable, which is important especially on hard surfaces. The yoga mat also owes its stability to a special type of tread called herringbone, which makes the mat have excellent grip on the ground.
The adhesion of rubber microfiber yoga mats is activated as the intensity of practice increases, and increases the more warmed up we are. To get instant adhesion, it is best to wet your hands and feet with water. It's also a good idea to lightly spray the yoga mat with water before starting the practice.
