Loovar's menstrual cup makes tampons and pads unnecessary. The menstrual cup is suitable for heavy and light bleeding and can be used without changing for up to 12 hours a day. It holds as much as three times more fluid than a regular tampon. The cup is so comfortable that you hardly feel it at all. Running, swimming or gymnastics are no problem.

How to use Loovar's vegan silicone-free menstrual cup size L: Before using the cup for the first time in a given cycle and after menstruation is over, boil it in hot water or wash it with special detergents designed for this purpose. To apply the cup well, place it in the palm of your hand and then fold the top part of the cup, such as a C or S. Once inserted into the vagina, the cup should open and adhere to the walls of the vagina. You can apply it for up to 12 hours a day. Between applications, rinse the cup with lukewarm water and wash with a gentle cleanser, such as our intimate hygiene liquid.
