How to use Mattifying Mineral Primer Light Beige 100N by Paese Minerals: 1. To make sure the primer spreads perfectly and blends with the skin, lightly moisten your face. Then spread a small amount of Hydrating oil primer or Nourishing oil primer under your makeup. 2. sprinkle a small amount of primer onto the lid. Apply in circular motions with a compact brush. 3) Shake the brush on the lid to remove excess foundation. 4) Spread the foundation evenly over the entire face with circular motions. To enhance coverage, repeat the process.
