How to use half-round dry body massage brush No. 18 with tampico fiber HHUUMM: 1.Always on dry skin, preferably before showering or bathing. 2.Use a natural brush with tampico, horse or vegetable fiber - choose the firmness to your preference and skin sensitivity.
3.Start from the feet, moving the brush in circular or sliding motions toward the heart. 4.Continue massaging on the calves, thighs, buttocks, abdomen and arms - avoid the breast and facial areas (there are separate, more gentle brushes for them).
5.On the abdomen and lower back, massage in a clockwise circular motion. 6.The massage should last about 5-10 minutes and should not cause pain - the skin may become slightly pink, but should not be irritated. 7.After the massage, take a shower and apply moisturizing lotion, body butter or your favorite oil.
