The 72 × 42 × 2 cm mat is equipped with 200 discs and the cushion (42 × 35 × 5.5 cm) with another 70, which together gives 270 precise stimulation points. This arrangement helps improve blood flow in the superficial layers of tissue, which can promote skin firming and reduce the appearance of cellulite, as well as reduce pain. The set is lightweight, easy to store and transport thanks to its linen bag - you can use it at home, at the gym or on the go whenever you need a moment of solace.

Lay out the mat on a flat surface, and place a pillow under your neck or in an area that needs extra stimulation. For the first sessions, choose a thin T-shirt and lie down slowly, distributing your body weight evenly. Breathe calmly with your diaphragm; start with 10-15 minutes and gradually increase to 20-30 minutes a day. You can also use the pillow under your loins, feet or thighs. After use, shake off the mat and wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use on damaged skin, in acute pain/inflammation or during pregnancy without consulting a doctor. When drying, do not expose the mat to direct sunlight. Do not dry on radiators.

How Long and How Often to Use the Mat?
To Start 5-10 Minutes, 3-4 Times a Week, Preferably Through a Thin T-Shirt. As the Body gets used to it, Gradually Extend Sessions To 15-30 Minutes And/Or Use On Naked Skin For More Intense Stimulation.

How to Clean and Store the Mat and Pillow?
Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry thoroughly. Store in the included Linen Bag, in a Dry Place, Away from Sources of Heat and Moisture.
