The 72 × 42 × 2 cm mat is equipped with 200 discs and the cushion (42 × 35 × 5.5 cm) with another 70, which together gives 270 precise stimulation points. Lay out the mat on a flat surface, and place a pillow under your neck or in an area that needs extra stimulation. For the first sessions, choose a thin T-shirt and lie down slowly, distributing your body weight evenly. Breathe calmly with your diaphragm; start with 10-15 minutes and gradually increase to 20-30 minutes a day. You can also use the pillow under your loins, feet or thighs. After use, shake off the mat and wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use on damaged skin, in acute pain/inflammation or during pregnancy without consulting a doctor. When drying, do not expose the mat to direct sunlight. Do not dry on radiators.
